Hello Summer of Dresses ladies,

Your devotion to dresses is admirable; so admirable, in fact, that I want to put your lovely visages in the pages of the Muse section in the August issue of Minnesota Monthly. Here are the details:

Show up at St. Anthony Main between the hours of 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, wearing your favorite summer frock. (We'll post a reminder that includes a more exact location later.) Photographer @canarygrey (Wing) and I will be there to arrange and photograph you. Feel free to let us know if you have a "favorite side," but be aware there will be no Evian or all-white dressing rooms.

It'd be oh-so-helpful if you drop me a note on Twitter or to my email (kdohman@mnmo.com) to let me know your intention to be there so we have an idea of how many ladies we will have on hand. We'll get in touch if we get rained out.

(As for my dress, it's a linen shift from J. Crew, and the shoes are also from J. Crew. Excuse the hair and pinkitude. This was taken on that road-buckling, hot day.)
